Returns/Cancellations

Cancellations:-

Order once placed can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing order, as we try to dispatch our products as soon as possible. 

To cancel your order, kindly email us at rarityshopindia@gmail.com with Order ID and reason of cancellation.

Return Policies:-

Returns / replacement will only be accepted incase the customer receives damaged / defective product and that too the customer will have to inform us within 48 hours after receiving the product.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our return policy.

3-Step Easy Returns

Step 1:- Incase you receive any damaged / defective product, immediately contact us at rarityshopindia@gmail.com with your Order ID and possible proofs. [On the same day of delivery]

Step 2:- Our team will analyze the product images and try to help you with the return / refund so that you get the best service that you expect.

Step 3:- Your return / refund will be processed within 7 days depending on stock availability. 

Return:- Your Product will be shipped within 7 working days.

Refund:- Refund will be issued within 5 working days to the source bank account.

[The Customer will have to share the bank details incase the order was made through Cash on Delivery.]

NOTE:- Guarantee / Warranty is not applicable on electronic products. Returns will be applicable if damaged or defective product is received by the customer.
